Abstract
In spite of many side effects, succinylcholine is most common used depolarizing muscle relaxant for intubation because of rapid onset and recovery.

We experienced one case of cardiac arrest with hyperkalemia after injection of succinylcholine in a 38 years old spinal cord injury male patient.

Fortunately he recoverd to normal sinus rhythm 40 minutes after CPR including insulin injection and showed alert mental state, normal follow-up electrocardiogram and brain C-t
